5 years ago Yeah, I agree that they will give better performance but one of the reasons I'm not adding it to Bastion is because it'll involve extra sets of installation and configuration steps when people install Bastion. And I'm aiming to make Bastion's installation process for users seamless and this will just make it harder for many people who are new to this stuff. If Bastion was only a public bot, this would've been an issue. But it's not. So, I'm closing this issue and thank you anyways.

5 years ago Yeah i do agree with that point + it would be a breaking change if implemented too... And i feel they aren't enough lavalink docs too it becomes even hard and some people use heroku and glitch and its not possible to host in there... Mainly glitch can be done but extremely hard...

As you know lavalink is really great over YTDL-CORE and stuff giving better performance.. Better voice quality and stuff there is something else from lavalink too which takes less ram from lavalink i.e https://github.com/natanbc/andesite-node but kt doesn't have a wrapper around discord.js... Here is the link to lavalink https://github.com/Frederikam/Lavalink this would take bastion to whole new level in terms for music and if you want a wrapper around lavalink its there in its readme.. Waiting for your response :)
