Request: add Ukrainian content provider #212

Hello! This addon is awesome. I wish there is an option to chose Ukrainian content from. Is there any chance you can add https://toloka.to/ to the list of providers?

Here is the list of trackers used by this provider:

  "http://bt.toloka.to:80/announce",
  "http://bt.hurtom.com:80/announce",
  "http://bt.toloka.tv:80/announce",

I will be glad to contribute in any case. Thanks for creating this. This is great!

This is a private tracker and this addon can only deal with public ones. Also atm. I'm not looking into adding new providers. There's a bit of Ukrainian content in rutor and rutracker providers
