EmotivDevice Battery Level #34

Figure out and implement interpretations for both within EmotivDeviceManager to refract a proper status on the bar.

I was unsuccessful in getting battery level value. The received value is always -1. I tried to use latest version of emotiv sdk, but got the same results. Could be my computer, but if it doesn't work on mine, what garetee it working on all others.
