iOS crashing when saving #18

One person has reported crashing when saving to the Files App, and several crash reports show crashing within saveAndNext/handleSerialization. Fixing this would be high priority, but the crash reports give minimal details (not even a line number), and the reporter is not able to give us details or do any testing. If we find someone who has this issue and is willing to work with us, we could immediately prioritize fixing it. As is, we can't figure what would cause this. However, we have substantially hardened the app to prevent crashes starting in version 1.4.0, so we hope that we will no longer see these crash logs going forward.

Since we think this is resolved, I'm going to close it for now, and we can reopen if crash reports come in.
