Screenshot popover appears off screen for bottom rows of table #11

Breaking this issue out from #1.

Testing with Chrome 120 and Firefox 121 on MacOS.

Hovering over icons at the bottom of the screen results in the popover appearing off-screen. I'm not sure what's going wrong here. I think it may have something to do with the fixed table header, because I couldn't really see anything wrong with the implementation.
