When I meet someone at a conference, I want to give them a 1 time authenticated way to send me a hello.
A Unique Code
Each person with a link gets a unique code, and then a 2 digit number. Each code-number-combo may submit exactly N messages, probably 1.
Format

On site: enter number on card(IE 33), your email, name
Result: If code and number on card are correct, sends an email
