Hi! I actually haven't been working on it recently, unfortunately.
The last time that I worked on Disa-Steam, I ran into some major issues with development and testing. I was unable to test the plugin on my phone due to ADB not working properly with my configuration, and as I found out later, I was also using outdated and incomplete documentation and examples.
I was actually waiting until a post 1.0.0 release with complete documentation, but after reading this, I decided to check out the documentation again. While it's slightly better, it's still lacking any information on how to create or package the settings panel which is needed in order to log in to the Steam network and verify with Steam Guard. If the DisaOpenSource Disa.Framework.Telegram and Disa.Framework.Telegram.Mobile source code is working and up-to-date, I may be able to tear it apart and figure out how to add the settings panel and resume development, but it will take a while.
What I need to figure out before I am able to create a working version of this plugin is the following:
If/when I manage to figure out the above items, I will check them off.
Nice! You are sent from heaven. THIS is what Disa needs! And me being a huge gamer, I totally like the idea even more. I wish so much I could help but I have no idea to write code :/
I'm happy to report that a framework is being developed to aid in development of this plugin.
Assuming @TheBinaryFox actually uses it goddamn it..
Just a quick update to anybody that's following this:
I have contacted @SuperSpyTX, and we fully plan on making this plugin a reality. He has started to get into contact with the developers of Disa, and we are making progress in understanding how to correctly utilize the Disa framework. As for the release date, we don't have a specific date planned due to unknown development times along with having to find time to work on it. We can guarantee, however, that the day the plugin comes out, you'll be getting a bit more than you were expecting.
If anybody was wondering what licensing we've decided upon for the plugin, we are looking to release it under the MIT license.
Seems like I need to check in on a regular base :D
Any news about this plugin?
Hi, ist this still ongoing? I so'd love to hear any news and to have an actual community App. Having more plugins really should improve Disa
Hello, it seems you are the hope of the Disa's community. How is the development going? Are you going to release the plugin someday? :)
