Removed Unix-specific terminal handling (termios, tty)
Added Windows-compatible OutputRedirector
Simplified TerminalUI for Windows
Updated file path handling to use os.path
Added proper Windows-specific error handling
Updated input/output handling to use Windows-compatible methods
Added proper cleanup in finally blocks
