Dears,

Just wonder if I can create a new relay node in KR(South Korea) for public use purpose. if possible, please let me know how to deal with?

I'm not sure what purpose it would serve? KR doesn't have great peering to China-mainland or US-west AFAIU, nor does it have any significant monger presence. It's peering to JPY should be sufficient for clients there to use.

Not being able to hold a connection to JPY seems strange...Does the trace go directly there, or does it go through some crazy hops (eg US-west)? What is your downstream bandwidth?

I have a 100Mbps up and download bebdwith. but except the Japan relay network other is ok. but I have an error on China relay sometimes.

Can you post a traceroute (or at least traceroute after the first few hops to get out of your network) to the JPY node?
