Add travis testing #9

Plus a short .gitignore.

As suggested by @TheBlueMatt , tests should be run within travis if there's going to be any, why not?

Note: I created https://github.com/jtimon/rust-lightning-bitcoinrpc/pull/1 on my fork of the repo just to test it.

wow, that merge was fast, I just copied stuff from https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/languages/rust, don't think I'm that sure what I'm doing. :p
