Shortcodes for Cookie Groups That Don't Exist Render ShortCode Code to Public View #7

On the page /cookie-policy if one adds a short code for cookie group that does not exist, such as

<p>[cookiegrouptable group="Wibble"]</p>

it is rendered to public output as

[cookiegrouptable group=""]
