Added constructor for TiledMap which takes Stream.
Added constructor for TiledTileset which takes Stream.
Fixed crashes due to parsing floats as ints.

Please do not use the main branch as target branch. As clearly stated in the readme I follow the GitFlow branching model and main is supposed to be the production-ready branch, not my development branch.
