Refactor to support streams in the backend

• [x] Add a Stream constructor to FileReader and FileWriter classes

In TextFileReader and TextFileWriter

• [x] Store a Text[Reader/Writer] and use it in the read/write method
• [x] Implement the Stream constructor by wrapping it in a Stream[Reader/Writer]
• [x] Implement the path constructor by opening a Stream[Reader/Writer]
• [x] Add a Text[Reader/Writer] constructor
