I appreciate your effort for providing this integration. However, I ask myself (maybe I do understand sth. wrong) what benefit does this integration have in comparison of using a template sensor based on the original integration https://github.com/mampfes/ha_epex_spot?
Is this just for convenience so that users don't have to edit the configuration file?

support of awattar's plan surcharge (so the costs per kWh are calc. as real gross vales - thus inc. configurable vat + surchage which is 3% for "hourly"-plan)
support / fix of utc vs local time issue discovered in the original (might be already fixed now - did not check)
For me the data series was shifted by an offset of 1 h.
Having the cost output in ct/kWh which is more common for a consumer than Eur/MWh
But anyway - of course you are abs. right - all this could also be achived by a template sensor - so feel free to do so if you prefere that 😉
