The project wiki is a human readable summary of all work surrounding Series Four of the [Open Source Malaria] (http://opensourcemalaria.org/) OSM project.
Your first task is to see if it is up-to-date (spoiler alert: we don't think it is!) and then to update any information that is missing.
How? This is the master chemical list. It contains all assay data for all molecules synthesised as part of OSM.
I've filtered the master chemical sheet so that it contains just series four compounds. Here it is.
Using a combination of strings to obtain chemical structures, MMV codes and OSM codes we'd like you to search the Series Four wiki to check that each series four compound is mentioned.
In the list below please indicate whether molecules are in the wiki and link to the relevant page and for molecules that are not included in the wiki, please use the string to generate a chemical structure and post a) the structure and b) the string into this section of the Wiki.
