Hi Folks 👋

Here is the data from the 1H NMR experiment on BGG-2020-08 (see below for structure). In the PDF file I’ve provided the full spectra and have zoomed in on areas where there is a lot of detail so that the chemical shifts and integrations can be clearly read. I’ve also added this to this repository along with the raw NMR data.

I couldn't find this compound in the literature and the NMR spectra is quite messy but I think that the product is in there and I've roughly assigned the signals to the protons within the compound below. I suggest trying to purify this compounds to conclusively determine that it has been made.

aromatic protons - 6.78 ppm, s, 3H methylenedioxy protons - 5.95 ppm, s, 2H isopropyl CH2 protons - 3.78 ppm, d, 2H ethyl CH2 protons - 2.71 ppm, q, 2H ethyl CH3 protons - 1.28 or 1.02 ppm, t, 3H isopropyl proton - 1.14 or 1.96 ppm, m, 1 H isopropyl CH3 protons - 0.95 or 0.90 ppm, d, 6H.
