No crafting recipe for Electric Jetpack (IC2)

As written in the title, the electric jetpack and normal fuel jetpack don't have crafting recipes although you need to craft the electric jetpack in order to progress through part of the IC2 quest page.

----If this is being worked on/ already addressed please feel free to delete/archive this, it's just I couldn't find anything relating specifically to the jetpack issue!---

is this still an issue in v4.3 of the pack?

Go into MineTweaker scripts and delete the remove recipe for the electric jetpack. This will reinstate the crafting recipe.
