When featured(or drinks or food) is empty there should be a feedback to the user #37

So if there are no featured items open at the moment like right now, there should be some feedback to the user saying "No featured Items available at this time"..or "Did you hear? The burrd is the word"

This could be useful for the drinks or food is teh user has promixity set to 1 and there is nothing around them.

"Hey it looks like there are no happy hours here, try increasing the proximity"

this also applies to like when someone changes to top rated and then it can say "searching top rated"
