Feature request: Implement additional overlay functions #7

I've been watching this repository since its creation, though I'm still missing two important functions in order to actually use this library. Would it be possible to get the following functions implemented?

ivr_system

GetTrackedDeviceIndexForControllerRole
GetDeviceToAbsoluteTrackingPose

ivr_overlay

SetOverlayTransformTrackedDeviceRelative

My time is stretched thin amongst other features I need to implement rn but I will be happy to review any PRs!
