Added updated BIOS, examples of code and binary distribution with Z80 BBC and W65C02S Cerberus Basics.

Changes on BIOS:

Support all features of Dean's BIOS
Returning of actual count of read data
Single command loading for both basics
Init routine for keyboard(improves compatibility with many PS/2 keyboards)
Caps lock handling in PS2 driver
Simplified and improved routine for loading splash screen
