not placing like mcmultipart did #128

when placing covers on pipes or logistic pipes it sits on top taking up the space, and when using it with hole it sits above the block. not very usefull as is, I am playing Oceanblock which is MC 1.16 and the only pipes that are available are pipez and immersive engineering.

This is not a bug. These mods have not enabled CBMultipart support.
