don't wr-cbe trans/rcvr's store/send actual rs strength? #31

I swear it did in 1.7.10

inputting result from runic altar -> comparator -> redstone -> wr-cbe transmitter redstone shows as 2

if I place a receiver down, set to frequency, output redstone is 15

I placed a rftools trans/receiver down to test and noticed it did the exact same thing. So, I'm trying to figure out if this is a bug (potentially in 2 mods) or if there's something wierd about 1.12.2 that you can't get around (and neither could mcjty)

so looking at rftools side, noticed if you sneak clicked it, it had a toggle for analog mode which does work correctly. so it does seem like wr-cbe is working in a on/off mode (digital?). is there a way to get it to use analog I guess is the question.

@Chicken-Bones?

It is implemented digital, with no analog. ~There's probably no reason not to make if analog in a rewrite~

I think people would be confused if receiver output a level 1 signal because the transmitter was at the end of a redstone line. Would make them a little inconsistent to use. Maybe there could be an analog receiver?

A specific Receiver for analog signals, sure.
