  1. Usage Agreement: By using RealmDex Discord bot, you agree to follow these terms and rules. If you do not agree, do not use the bot. Servers are responsible for their members and access may be revoked if deemed necessary.

  2. Bot Functionality: RealmDex allows you to catch, collect, and trade virtual balls. The bot's primary purpose is entertainment, and it is not intended for any real-world transactions.

  3. Trading Cross trading is banned

  4. Listing and Moderation: The Owner has a right to take balls off you, warn you, temp ban, perma ban and/or blacklist what can result in the deletion or removal of items you have.

  5. Changes to Terms and Rules: The terms of service and rules might be updated at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the Discord server announcements channel.

6.. Liability: The RealmDex team is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the bot. Use the bot at your own risk.

7 .When can you use the bot: RealmDex may not be on all the time and could be shut down in the future.
