Note: The working directory from the launch settings prevents me from launching the application because I am not working on Pablo's computer. To fix this, I removed it from the debugger property settings and then I set the property of the db to <CopyToOutputDirectory>Always</CopyToOutputDirectory>.
I don't know if this is a good way to fix this issue @TheCSharpAcademy
