Add Delete Order Functionality #67

Add Delete Order to Menu
Create method in Kebab controller
In UI, show a list of orders for users to choose from
Return the correct message if order with Id doesn't exist
If Id is Correct, prompt an "Are you sure" question, using Spectre Console Confirmation Prompt
