The CSS class for the dashboard area card within Dashboard.razor has been updated to add some vertical spacing.

Haha, this issue was no big deal. The easiest thing to solve but I wanted to get started with the TCSA.V2 project. 🤣

I took an issue from the list and created a branch to work in then did a PR.
