Seed Data

Tasks:

• Create a folder called models
• Create a model called FuelRecord with the necessary properties
• Create a SeedData static class with a SeedRecords method
• This method will generate a List of x FuelRecords
• Create a BulkInsert method in DataAccess using dapper. Call this method from the SeedData
• Call SeedData.SeedRecords() from program.cs

Don't forget to test to make sure data is being inserted correctly. Don't forget to clean up your code: no unused usings or weird indentation.
