Default colour map is now resources/colourmap.dat. The "jet" map is no longer used.
Fixed odd code for colourmap loading and stopped storing of colourmap in ml_tools.globals
Log the path of the clip preview being created. The path for the track previews was logged but not the full recording.
Standardised on the British/NZ spelling of colour
