Errata for PEI LA #124

After debate days are done, attach errata page to corresponding debate day(s) with the errors described.

We should enact the corrections from the errata, using the standard <choice>/<sic>/<corr> format:

<choice><sic>[the original, with error]</sic><corr>[the corrected version]</corr></choice>

Once at least one correction is encoded, MDH to add handling to the site generation XSLT so that the correction is property presented.
