I am curious, will that be OK to have 2 or more 800lb Gorillas in one Company? Maybe it is OK as long as they are in their own territory, and have no or as little overlap as possible?

That's a great way of putting it and works well with the Gorilla analogy. Yes, Gorillas are solitary beasts and need their own territory.
