Looking good over all. Things that need attention:

Titles and sections: point 2 is not satisfied
Titles and sections: point 8 - To be clear, your title should be a slightly larger font size than anything else currently on the page. This should be done with CSS, not HTML.
Layout: point 1 is not satisfied
Layout: point 2 is not satisfied
Layout: point 3 is not satisfied
