Docstring coverage for the various Julia files, starting with franklin.jil and expanding over time.

Right, this is now on my to-do stack, I will bring your changes into my branch and extend the docstring coverage. Expect another push soon.

And that should be docstring coverage for all of NoteMate, such as it is. 😁 Have a review and then we can merge and close this.
