Opening multiple GW2 Instances not possible anymore

Describe the bug I can't launch multiple GW2 Game instances anymore. I can always open one account, but if i try to open another one the "Powered by Launchbuddy" Progress-Bar shows up with 0% and autocloses itself, stoppping the launch process as it seems.

Tried these steps to fix the Problem:

• Resetting Launchbuddy settings
• Fresh installing Launchbuddy
• Deleting all Loginfiles and creating new ones
• Downgrading Launchbuddy Version
• Fresh installing GW2
• Changing Firewall options

Could be a Windows 11 Problem, as completely wiping all existence of GW2/Launchbuddy and reinstalling it didn't help. ArcDPS could be another Problem source.

Are there any known Problems like these?

To Reproduce Trying to launch more than one GW2 Instance.

Expected behavior Selecting possibly 4-5 Accounts and launching them.

First happend in LB Version 3.2.4 -> First occurrence of the Bug: 2023.03.23

Screenshots Not really helpful as there are no Error Messages in any way. A second Game instance is just not starting.

Tried fresh installed GW2 and Launchbuddy on a new Windows 10 VM. There i can launch multiple Clients. So probably not a direct Launchbuddy bug. Could be a Windows 11 Update that caused this behavior.

This issue is stale because it has been open 200 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 7 days
