LB launched GW2 seems to draw more power than standard launch since v. 3.2.5 #438

Describe the bug When launching a single instance of GW2 from LB v. single instance on standard Anet launch: GPU draws about 0.4 more volts and temps are around 10 degrees higher. Noticed after upgrade to 3.2.5

To Reproduce Monitor draw and temps standard launch v. LB launch over several minutes (difference should be apparent very quickly)

Expected behavior Expect a single instance of Anet launched GW2 to be same as a single instance of LB launched GW2 for power draw and temps.

First happend in LB Version Issue first appeared in LB Version : 3.2.5 I do not have measurements from before 3.2.5, but do recall checking and did not have such differences. Thanks for reading!
