Convert mclust sorted data (.t files) into .nwb

  • possibly even first adjust the script to split out optogen and beh into separate files too for modularity
• blocked by neuroconv gaining support https://github.com/catalystneuro/neuroconv/issues/306 : reply contains a recipe to try so should be ready
