Ionic Native Storage not working Android 9+ #149

Dear Team, We are all most developed our hybrid application for android and ios using ionic v3 project and we using ionic v3 native storage and it is working fine but now we encountered issues for while using any android 8+ or 9+ version of device the native storage not working. please help us

plugin details : **

cordova-plugin-nativestorage 2.3.2 "NativeStorage"

ionic details:

Ionic:

ionic (Ionic CLI) : 4.3.1 (/usr/local/lib/node_modules/ionic) Ionic Framework : ionic-angular 3.9.2 @ionic/app-scripts : 3.1.11

Cordova:

cordova (Cordova CLI) : 7.1.0 Cordova Platforms : android 6.3.0, ios 4.5.5 Cordova Plugins : cordova-plugin-ionic-keyboard 2.1.3, cordova-plugin-ionic-webview 1.2.1, (and 21 other plugins)

System:

Android SDK Tools : 26.1.1 (/Users/user/Documents/android-sdk) ios-deploy : 1.9.4 NodeJS : v10.13.0 (/usr/local/bin/node) npm : 6.5.0 OS : macOS Xcode : Xcode 10.2.1 Build version 10E1001

@RavenAcuzar Do you have info about this? I mean native and browser logs?
