Disabled buttons by default
Enable buttons as soon as something is selected in the list.
Disable as soon everything is de-selected / list is empty.

Bonus: Also dynamically switch captions between "selected" and "all" depending upon a subset/all of the entries are selected in the list.

Abandon the "Bonus Idea" to dynamically switch the buttons' caption between "...selected" and "...all" as it may be an unnecessary complication of the GUI.
