[Suggestion] More useful tooltips #278

The Infusion Stabilizer tooltip got me thinking of other useful tooltips that could also help with gameplay. Like a tooltip indicator for augments and what they can be augmented on based on the baubles tooltips.

It would be something like:

Additionally, an 'Augmentable' tooltip for all the gauntlets that can accept augments would be useful as well because there are modded gauntlets that don't have that feature. This tooltip would switch to the 'Augmented' tooltip once it's augmented. These new tooltips would also be toggleable just like the stabilizer one.

Do you know of a single modded gauntlet not coming from Augmentations that is augmentable? I don't.
