Add a link to the GitHub repo somewhere on the site #10

This way each site visitor will know two things:

  1. The site is an open-source project and contributions are welcome
  2. Where can bug or feature requests be made

I think the link should be visible somewhere in the main page, possibly on each page. A link in the footer along with a sentence or two describing the project could do it.
