Add a recipe to convert the Black Hole Storage Schematic to T5 Rocket Schematics

Describe the suggestion Similar to the Tier 10 Rocket and the Tier 3 Rocket Schematics, the Tier 5 Rocket Schematics shares its loottable with another schematic, the Black Hole Storage. For the other 2, a simple crafting table recipe to convert the other schematic into the rocket schematic was introduced.

Additional context You will need one Black Hole Storage Schematic since the Black Hole Storage is required, but only in chapter 9, and you will need 3 T5 schematics in chapter 7. Still, a way to also convert T5 Rocket Schematics to Black Hole Storage Schematics may be beneficial.

The chest has a chance to spawn Ion Cannon schematics as well, so if this change goes through it would make sense to be able to convert Ion Cannon schematics to Tier 5 Rocket schematics as well
