Disallow diamond armor on blighted mobs #47

Describe the suggestion Diamond Armor has the disabled gamestage, and thus there should be no way of easily obtaining it which means that mobs, when becoming blighted, should not be able to get diamond armor.

Additional Context

Blighted Mobs are the only way to obtain Diamond Armor
Diamond Armor can currently be used to obtain diamonds in chapter 2 by using the scrapper
Most pieces of diamond armor are currently still used in recipes

There are actually two more ways to obtain Diamond Armor:

Apotheosis Bosses and Chest loot from the deadly module
(Masochist only) TannerJimmyFans will always wear/drop diamond armor
