added the unique and 'ensure_index' validations to the email model #4

I only added one line of code so I know it's kind of unnecessary to do a pull request, but I just wanted to do it as practice so I understand the process better.

BTW I see you're still on the mongo_directives branch, @kjorg50. That's fine but it can get confusing to reuse branches like that. Hence the best practice is to delete the branch after the merge, @CommanderHamster. A few months ago GitHub added a big Delete Branch button after you merge the branch. I recommend clicking that after merging a pull request.
