Looks like Scarlett converts the *.tex file wrong. Only tool i found was noesis that could show the files correclty if you add the plugin mentioned here: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=143283#p143283
Guess the source could be somehow used to fix the Scarlett-Converter-Tool.
