Request: Level Restriction

Hello there, I wanted to ask if you could add something like a Level restriction that works like :

/rpgitem Level

It should look for the Players ingame Level. If you are too low you cannot use the item.

You don't Need to put the Required Level into the Item's Description, People can do that themselves with like:

/rpgitem description add Min.Level: 2

I would love you, if you could add this :)
