Found this in the log.

[18:22:32] [Thread-23/WARN]: [RPG Items] The author of this plugin has misconfigured their Auto Update system [18:22:32] [Thread-23/WARN]: [RPG Items] File versions should follow the format 'PluginName vVERSION' [18:22:32] [Thread-23/WARN]: [RPG Items] Please notify the author of this error.
