MQTT configuration error from Webinterface #100

Hi,

If I try to set in MQTT:Topics:Topics Prefix a Topics Prefix with "/" (for example something like storage/camera/yioutdoor) the web interface save this like "storage%2Fcamera%2Fyioutdoor" in /home/yi-hack-v4/etc/mqttv4.conf and If I reload the webpage it's shown same way as %2F. In this way the MQTT topic prefix is NOT correct. If I write the Topics Prefix directly in /home/yi-hack-v4/etc/mqttv4.conf using ssh all works well.

This seems like a relatively simple fix? Any chance we could get the "urldecode" call in there?

(Or even just hardcode the / replacement call)
