Local video stream not accessible when no WAN access #195

I have found that the local video stream (i.e. viewed from the LAN) is not available if the device does not have internet access. I can get to the admin UI, but not the video stream. I don't see why there should be a dependency on internet access for a local device to view the stream. Any idea why this is?
