Page not loading on phone :( #19

Hi - I was able to download the add-on and see the QR code but when my phone (Galaxy 21) pulls up the page it gets stuck loading with a totally blank page. I followed all the notes and I can't seem to troubleshoot it.

On a personal wifi, connected my laptop and computer via bluetooth and confirmed it was on the same wifi, no firewall on the computer so it doesnt give me an option to grant access, cleared cache on phone and computer. Not sure what else I should try at this point? Please help

Hi, I know it's been a few months, have you had any luck since then?

Being on the same personal wifi should be enough (no bluetooth necessary). If you've followed all the notes, I'm not sure what the issue could be. Try double checking the windows firewall settings and making sure you don't have a VPN enabled on your computer or phone. Also, see if the IP address that shows up in ankimote seems appropriate for your local network. If it seems funny, try using your computer's local IP address (google how to find it) instead of the one that ankimote shows you, but with the same port as ankimote shows (usually :61337)
