While loop support in Parser
Updated README to show how to print a while loop
More builder and type methods
Lexer & Parser support for u128, i128, f128, comparators
Fixed lexer bug where numbers starting with 0 didn't parse correctly

This is the final PR where LLVM wrapper changes are being made. From here on out the LLVM wrapper will be worked on in yallow as per #50
