I think Its a bug from GTCE you are putting to many machines inside the processing array. you are above the MAX tier even if he fixes it, I think you will have trouble. can you tell how many machines and tier have you feed the processing array?

I will check it, looks like its brocken from GTCE update. Can you proide info? Which machines you have inside and how much?

I found the problem, looks like you are using MAX input energy hatch... Will fix it.
